In the heart of the bay of the "Mont-Saint-Michel", we offer you two ways of spending your holidays. You  can either stay in our "bed and breakfast" or in our gîte.

Our 18 ^th century house

What is a gîte ?
It is an entirely furnished house, with all facilities,in which you can stay a weekend or more.

What is a "Bed and Breakfast" ?
It is an  independent bedroom with private bathroom, situated in the owner's house. You can stay a night or more. Breakfast is included in the price. During the season , you can use a kitchenette to prepare your meals.

The house "Fleur de Sel "  :
Our house " Fleur de Sel " dates back to the 18 ^th century. It is situated in the village of "Roz sur Couesnon", not far from the bay of the "Mont-Saint-Michel" in the village of

" Quatre Salines. "

Historicaly, it was a village where people used to extract salt from the sea.

This village is built on a "polder", which was land reclaimed from the sea by constructing dykes between the years 1024 and 1934.

3100 acres of land have been reclaimed over the centuries, and there ares 1000 acres in the " Roz sur Couesnon" area.

The land is ideal for growing vegetables. On the other side of the "polders" there are  1300 acres of grassland and the most important salt water meadows of the bay.

This vast area of land is only covered by the sea during the great tides.

It is in this land of grassland that the famous "pré salé" sheep is reared.

3600 sheep which is  the largset flock in britanny, graze on the 800 hectares of grassland at "Roz sur Couesnon".
